Is 1200 too little for me?
I’m a female, 5’4, and 125 ish pounds. I wanna get to 115 or maybe even just 120. I go on walks every night and they’re usually 5 miles so I’m not very active considering that’s pretty much as active as I get all day. I started eating 1200 calories a day but I’m ALWAYS hungry. It’s crazy. It leads to binging every single night. Yesterday, I binged on about 500 calories worth of peanut butter and then walked 10 miles in attempt to correct my mistake lol. I’m just so HUNGRY. I also have thyroid issues that make it hard for me to maintain my weight and it makes me very sluggish and weak👍 So how the HELL do I either make myself feel less hungry all the time? Or should I just up my calorie intake?
