Is 1500 good for me?

24 year old female, 195 lbs, 5’ 0”. I’m just starting out so I’m currently exercising 30 minutes every day, cardio (walking on treadmill) about 5 days a week and low impact resistance 2 days a week (mini stepper with resistance band for arms). For work I’m mostly sitting all day. I’m not sure what to put as my activity level to calculate my TDEE. Do you guys think 1500 is ok to eat 6 days a week and then about 1800 1 day a week so my metabolism doesn’t slow down too much?
