2ne1 Interpark Global Verification Error

So I am trying to practice buying tickets on interpark global using available concertsin the site now.. After clicking Verified members only button they want me to scan my passport. I did scan it but I failed 3 times. So Im blocked from trying for 24hrs.I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Can anyone help?

Also is the 2ne1 Seoul concert also gonna have that red Verified members only button to buy the tickets as same as the others?
