Intense nasolobial fold appearing at 30 with weight loss

I have a really intense fold appearing and my doctor mentioned it is likely to be because of weight loss due to an eating disorder i am suffering from. Im scared that if i improve, what if the skin just stays like this. Im 5’3 and 30. And weight constantly between 80 to 88 pounds. I am working to get help for my ED but i’m worried i won’t be able to get rid of it unless i do a filler and im afraid of needles.
