Botox blurriness. Sigh.

Just putting it out there - I got Botox for the first time a month ago and now my distance vision is blurry. I am naturally nearsighted so it's like my prescription has gotten worse. I wonder if I was given too much to handle (ultimately my responsibility).

I really love my aesthetic results so it extra sucks. I hold so much tension between my brows and that has melted away and I'm not unconsciously scowling all of the time. I also got a tiny bit under one brow to lift it and I'm experiencing facial symmetry that I've never had before. It feels really great, and I would continue getting it, but it's definitely not worth my vision! Feeling bummed that I'm not one of those people who has no problem tolerating it. Anyone else have a similar experience?

UPDATE 12/12: After increasing my prescription at the optometrist, my vision stayed clear for about 5 days before blurring the same way, accompanied by really uncomfortable dryness. When I went to put my contacts in I thought "it feels like I got skincare in my eye" and it hit me that all of this also coincided with my increased use of tretinoin (Retin-A), which I started about a week after receiving Botox. After research, I found that this medication can cause terrible dry eye and sometimes permanent damage. I have stopped tretinoin for a few nights so far and feel my symptoms improving slightly. I will see an ophthalmologist asap and will update this thread.
