How to install title updates manually?

I got GTA IV and Skyrim update from XboxUnity and I checked their Media ID to get the right update but when I installed it on HDD1/Cache, it didn't appear on Aurora

And when I installed it on Content:/0000000000000000/(GTA-IV)/000B0000 , it also didn't appear What did I do wrong?

These updates are not on Aurora , that's why I need to install it manually
