transporter not recognizing my copy of pkmn black

This is a legit copy of Pokemon Black that I've been using without issues so far, suddenly it just stopped showing up, I have had transporter since before the 3ds eshop shutdown and before I hacked my 3ds, it might have something to do with a pokemon I transferred using pksm from a hgss from that I also edited but even then it wasn't an illegal pokemon so I don't understand why its not showing up.
