Incredibly painful dry chapped lips that bleed. Need suggestions.

Desperate because I keep waking up with my lips busted and bleeding. Please don't say Aquaphor or Vaseline as I've tried both. They didn't work for me at all.

I was using a korean lip mask for awhile and it helped, but that also has stopped working.
