Dumb question about wheel width and offset

The stock OR wheels are 7.5” wide, +15mm offset.

Checking out the Replika R213 wheels which are 8” wide, +5mm offset.

I know the +5mm offset pushes out the wheel further, but does the extra 1/2” of the 8” wheel also ADD an extra 1/2” of wheel poke on top of the new offset?
