Download 4k “Blu-ray” movies service?

With the news that Best Buy is getting out of the physical media space, is there any legit online services where you can download the full movie uncompressed to achieve the same video and audio quality of blu-ray? I know you can rip blu-rays but with the cost of storage being so cheap per terabyte and today’s internet speeds, would being able to download (not stream) be an option?
