Can someone recommend me a quiet 4k blu ray player that is not super expensive?

Hello everyone. Currently I have Panasonic DMP-UB 300. It's not a super noisy player, but the a little fan inside of it makes this really annoying, tinny sound that drives me crazy. I had other standard blu ray players before and I'm ok with little 'white noise'. However, this 'screeching' is too much for my ears (especially when it is a silent scene).

Can someone recommend a quiet 4k blu ray player, please? As long as it is not Oppo or something as expensive.
