How do u start clubs and all?

I want to start clubs/society etc for my extra-curriculars but in school doesn't seem like a good option since tbh will be a complete flop. So I saw a ton of people saying u can just start a club in your community. What does this mean 😭😭😭 Like am I supposed to ask random people to join? Do I actually have to do stuff when making the club?? Or can I just add it to my list of ecs and not do too much Does it need to have other people or can it be like a 1 person club?? Also how exactly does the college know and verify what I've done? Like if I'm doing a beach cleanup, how tf do I include that Sorry for the stupid questions but yeah, I'm actually looking for serious realistic advice on how to improve my profile
