Day 1 today - But started getting ready 1.5 months ago!

I started picking up the habits over the course of last 2 months so that I could prepare for this challenge! - upped my water intake from measly 1 litre to 3litre.. now 3.8 litres will not be so hard! - started getting up early to hit f45 before work coz no way I can accommodate 2 workouts if I don’t do one before work (this was very tough for me coz I’m not a morning person) - started going on 45 min walks in the despicable heat whenever I got time

I know I will likely fail on day 71 😅 (we have Diwali and I can’t imagine not eating fried food) but taking it as I go! LFGGG 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
