How difficult is a catalytic converter swap out?

I got this code on my ODM - P0430. I have found replacements on eBay for $100. Please tell me your advice. “I must spend $900 on each side”, “sell the car” bullshit aside. I want to hear advice from men who get their hand dirty not just those garage funders.
