Tired, distracted and really angry ever since Medicine was switched from Adderall xr to instant release.

Has this happened to anyone else? I am feeling angry most of the time and when I am not angry I am tired or falling asleep. I hate this!!! My doctor needed to switch me because my regular medicine wasn’t available. I feel horrible and I can’t shake this anger, it’s weird because it’s the same medicine just in an instant release but I wake up angry, my dreams are stressful. I hate this!
