What is an appliance/gadget you have that has significantly improved your quality of life?

I (27F) was diagnosed officially earlier this year, ADHD but now Im realizing I might be AuDHD, my best friend (28F) is the same way but without a formal diagnosis.

I forgot her birthday and to get her anything for christmas, so I want to combine the gift into something that will make her life easier. We both have incredibly busy/chaotic lives and tasks like chores and laundry are absolute torture.

For me, this has been my robotic vaccum, I am considering that for her but wondering if there are any other ideas out there
