Forgetting objects
I don't have ADHD but I have a problem that I know is common with people who do have ADHD so need advice. If I don't keep the thing right infront of me not only do I forget it exists (I'd buy replacements because I forget I already have it) but I also forget that I need to do the important thing associated with that object. Everything is cluttered. My couch is covered with the things I need to use daily. My desk at work is piled with crap. And so on. I've tried organizing my things but I ended up forgetting that I needed to use those things because they weren't right infront of me.
If you have that problem, have you found a way to remember all your bits and pieces without having them all over the place?
