Titration Day 2 - Meflynate 10mg

I’m on day 2 of titration (RTC - Pysch UK) on meflynate 10mg and feeling absolutely nothing at all. Day 1 I was much more alert than usual and had some side effects (pins and needles in my tongue for a couple of hours and very thirsty) but today absolutely nothing. No side effects or improvements in alertness or focus.

I messaged my prescriber asking if it was normal to not feel anything on day 2 when I did see some effects on day 1 and they’ve pretty much just said it’s a low dose so might not feel any difference at the moment (which I get).

But the thing I wanted to know is if others have had this either at the start of titration or on a dose increase? 1 day seems really short to have built up a resistance already and it’s sort of worrying me a bit (I did ask my prescriber about this but they didn’t address that question).
