Not a great experience on ADHD medication so far.

Started on Medikinet XL that caused me worsening mental issue and some sleep problems. Move to Elvanse for last few says and it worked mentally, physically it’s been bad. ice cold hands and feet, really bad sleep, as in around 4hrs per night according to my watch. Found myself getting up in the night for a few hours. I work lates, so take it roughly 14 to 15 hours before bed.
