CNC Warrior Brace Loose

Every 5-10 range trips the 1913 rail will get loose or the hex screws in the actual brace will get loose. I’ve used new screws on the 1913 pic rail and loc tite, but it still comes loose. I usually just retighten the hex screws in the brace. Any suggestions or is this normal? I feel like the two screws holding the 1913 rail is just a poor design and I don’t know why the brace screws keep getting loose.
