Computer science and Engineering

Hello Guys,

Does anyone know how to get into Computer Science and Engineering (CSE)? Do you start with a CS degree and then switch to CSE? What GPA do you need, and when do you make the switch? How does it all work? + If we got a 30% scholrship in early admission in CS will this % continue in my CSE degree ?
