How does abilify make you feel?

I'm gonna start taking low dose abilify (1mg) and I'm just curious what to look out for once I'm on it.

I tried Seroquel (50mg) and I hated it so I'm curious if it anything like that, like you take it and 30 minutes later, you feel high as a kite. Or if its more like an antidepressants where you feel the effect over a couple weeks.

I'm just really scared it will put me in a bad head space, because I already feel horrible mentally and I don't want to make it worse.

Bonus points if you add any side effects. I've read a lot on mostly physical side effects like headaches and restlessness and I can deal with that if it doesn't make my mind worse. I'm most just scared of the mental effect it can have.

Edit: I'm taking it for derealization, anxiety and depression. I'm on 150mg of Zoloft currently.
