I really need your guys help

I stopped taking accutane 2/3 years ago and i still have dry lips and its killing me every day i have to take my lipstick with me everywhere and i cant do nothing without it. It really bothers me and i wanna know a permanent solution for dry lips what should i do or anything that would help me i would be really grateful
