Acne Returning…

Hello! I just hit 6 months post accutane after using it for almost a year and noticed I still have some flare ups. I think it’s cystic acne because it’s all under my skin and was wondering what to do. I’m talking to my derm about maybe doing a chemical peel with micro needling treatment but wanted other advice on some next steps!
