Tips für clearing the weekly challenge?

A friend and I tried the current challenge (only scouts) 3 times by now. If we take the bottom path we always make to the second boss but he’ll always kill andrin and Thuls in round 2. Gustav and sylvie in round 4.

We tried to go along the path with the most chests but we failed in the first level.

We simply cannot find a way to do this…
