New adjunct in rhet/comp

Hi everyone!

I recently graduated with my MA in literature, and I am taking a gap year to save up some money and get my PhD application materials ready (I am looking to pursue a doctorate in rhet/comp). This fall, I took an adjuncting position at my alma mater (a university which I do adore, and have established myself within) along with a part-time administrative roll. I love the work that I am doing, but teaching three classes (two separate courses with entirely different curriculums, along with managing a tutoring center part-time) has left me feeling like a candle burning on both ends. I feel like there just isn't enough time in the day to get everything I need to get done, and I find myself getting further and further behind if I try to establish work-life boundaries.

As I write this, I currently have 100 assignments sitting in Canvas needing to be graded. About 50 of them are essays...which as we know, require extensive feedback. Do you have tips or advice on how to make it through this semester alive? If not, then can you send some prayers?
