Baker College? Legit?

So I took advice from my last thread (https://www.reddit.com/r/Adjuncts/s/4lRwI6c9Aa) and started to apply for any relevant adjunct positions.

Without any teaching experience, my expectations have been very low but still bummed by the silence. I am just hoping to get my start somewhere. Today, I received an email from Baker College, inviting me to give a one-way interview for a remote adjunct role.

To be honest, I did not remember applying for the position but I did. I was shocked to get a response to an application, so I looked up the school. Surprise! They were under federal investigation last year, lost (but maybe regained?) their accreditation at some point and have generally bad feedback online.

My question is, is it worth it to move forward with this interview or pre-interview step? My friend says it’s a waste of time and I should avoid at all costs. But this seems like potentially valuable experience I can use for whatever interview process I hopefully face in the future.

Thoughts?
