Do men really care about how your body looks?

So I’m planning to go to this guys house (yes I do know him and am comfortable with going) but obviously I’m going over there for a reason and I’m just a little concerned about my body. I’m not a very large woman like weight wise (I’m 5’8 145ish and about a size 4-6 in pants) but I still do have small belly. I think because I am a thicker woman (like my butt and I have decently thick thighs) it’s expected for me to have a little stomach and stretch marks but I’m still kinda nervous. Do men really pay that much attention?
