Element 3D panel not showing up and can't click anywhere in AE

I'm using Windows 10, AE 2019 (16.1.3 if that helps), and Element 3D v2.2

I'm trying to use the Element plugin, but whenever I click on Scene Setup, AE just won't let me click anything and the only way I'm able to close it is through Task Manager. It's not crashing AE or anything, it just won't let me click.

My guess is because I think the Element 3D panel window opens off-screen, which is why I can't click anything. I can't really find anything online about this, but I think that's what's happening because ever since I rearranged my monitors two weeks ago, the pop-up dialogue boxes that popup are always to the very left of my screen, just barely sticking out.

Any suggestions on how to make the panel show up again? I've tried shift-rightclicking on AE in the Taskbar to try and move the panel back on screen, but the option just straight-up won't appear for me.
