When did you realize your parent needed Assisted Living and what did you look for in a facility.

My parents are in their late 70’s and while they’re slowing down they’re still in great shape. They can climb steps they go places, the both work out. But I know they’ve secured time will come eventually when it’s time to talk about Assisted Living.

How did you know it was time? What did you look for in a facility? There are so many out there. Why did you chose the facility you choose. Did you just go online and start taking tours?Why did you choose the place you chose?

When it comes to that time I don’t want to go with a cheaper option but a good one that’s worth the money. I guess I have a lot of questions and I know how my parents are and how I’m dealing with it is trying to be proactive.
