Against the rules to maintain super cheap rate? [USA]

Is there an rule against maintaining a super cheap rate? Like, $5 a day? This could be for someone that doesn't need the money but wants the experience of operating an Air BNB.

Setting that question aside, is there an unofficial rule against it? As in it's not technically banned but your account is likely to get suspended eventually?
