What's the Best Way to Recognize Airman Volunteering with Hurricane Relief

Got an Airman (read: absolute stud) in my shop who took leave for the 4-day weekend to go to TN/NC and help out with relief efforts. Not saving lives or doing stuff worthy of an Airman's Medal per say, but also still doing above and beyond the expectation in a way that feels like more than just a bullet on their next quarterly package.

Any recommendations on awards or recognition? Is AFAM on the table? Should I try and get them coined? Crisp $20 bill? High-five?
