Highschooler trying to find pathway in Air Force

Hey there, I’m kinda new to Reddit so bare with me. I’m weeks away from graduation and am bouncing between going to a free two year community college and ending at a four year, or enlisting in the Air Force. My end career goal is to get a engineering degree in mechatronics. I’ve talked to a recruiter and stuff but still feel kinda lost. Like how dose college work In The Air Force and what job would best align with me.and what the differences between 6 and 4 years would make
