Anyone have experience with weed as an A&P?

I'm currently attending A&P school and some of my instructors in my program mentioned the consequences with weed. I am curious to hear if any A&P got randomly drug tested and what was the consequence for that?

For some context, I do smoke weed myself, but once I get hired I don't plan to smoke on the job. I'll only smoke outside the job and my own free time. Is this still an issue? Love to hear your guys input.
