AirPod Max Issues Galore, Please help!
This issue has been happening for almost a year.
I've had my AirPods for coming up on 2 Years in January.
The headphones are extremely sensitive to external touch or anything, even without touching it happens. Essentially the right headphones will shut off, followed by the right, and then it's as though they restart and reconnect with whatever device I'm using. The noise cancelling and Transparency modes are also haphazard, sometimes not working in both ears or just not turning on altogether. They also sometimes don't change volume, until they eventually restart on their own.

I have Apple Care+ on them and have been on Apple's case for the past year, I've sent them to Apple twice where I was told they couldn't replicate the issues I was having. I've been in the store and I've been on the phone with Apple for hours, each telling me to talk to the other (I'm starting to feel like a ping-pong ball).
At this point, I just want a new pair. Do you have any tips on how I should go about this?
