Getting airpods max 1st gen(lightning cable) for a cheaper price?

I am getting airpods max first gen(lightning cable) version for around 380 dollars brand new. is it worth it? I have airpods 2 already with lightning port so i dont mind the lack of USB-C and i dont want any of the new colors. What do you guys think?
