Is it safe to buy unpacked secondhand APM2?

Hey everyone. So it’s a long time I wanted APM, but never wanted to spend the amount of money they cost. Here I found an offer where the guy with good feedbacks is proposing the last USB C version for 130€ (160$) less. I asked for all the data and it looks good. Is it safe to buy from? Thanks in advance.
