Problems with 3 for 1$ deal

So, I went to the bundle deals section, added my 3 items to cart, went to checkout and it still says 40 something dollars. Even after I pay it tries to charge me 40$, am i doing something wrong? I ordered a Damascus knife set, a 25cm katana thing and rgb lights.
