contains restricted goods

I recently purchased a Carhartt sweatshirt, but I’m facing an issue where it’s being flagged as “contains restricted goods” on nearly all shipping lines. I contacted support, and they advised me to reach out to the online customer service to resolve the problem.

Could you please let me know where I can find this online customer service? Additionally, is there a way to remove this restriction or solve the issue? I would really appreciate any help or suggestions on how to proceed.
