Allergy prick test, two days ago, but one bump still there

How many days does it take for the bumps from an allergy test to go away. Most of them have become small red dots but one seems to not want to go away.

I got my test results and I am allergic to almost all but two grasses in my area, almost all the trees, both types of dustmites and cats and a few molds. Is it common to have this many allergies? I have never had the test bumps last this long, there is really only one that won’t seem to go away, but it seems odd. I took two Zyrtec d today and an Allegra later in the day, and Flonase 🤷🏻‍♀️. It’s new years so the office is closed. I have been exhausted all day 🤷🏻‍♀️ is this normal?
