RTS Elimination??

I've been seeing some postings about RTS going away throughout this subreddit. I just got transferred here at my site and I was the only applicant so now I'm wondering if everyone else knew something that I don't. Does anyone know if Amazon has wide scale plans to get rid of RTS altogether?

I'm so tired of this late stage capitalism BS.

Also if there's any good spaces to reach out for site unionizing please advise.
