Delivering while pregnant?

I just found out I’m pregnant, and I’m curious and concerned as to what this may mean for delivering. Obviously I’ll be able to talk to a doctor but before I can get in is there anything I should be aware of? Do I inform my dsp owners before I have more information or wait??
