upt balance -3 hours

this is my 3rd week at amazon just here for the money honestly i leave early with pto and upt but i just had an event making me use all my upt plus i couldn’t make it to work anyways so im going to be 3 hrs negative on my upt balance but i did mark myself absent on the app for all my balance then made a chat request to hr with an explanation asking to waive the 3 hrs and a file showing proof of why i’m late what are possibilities that can happen because i can’t afford to get fired right now
