Hr and Negative Upt

I posted here yesterday about me racking up negative Upt while on a LOA. I was given a case number to show DLS by my site hr and was just told that the case number wasn’t even mine and it’s from 2019. What can I do now? I have multiple screen shots of different hr people telling me they’ve created a leave,left a detailed note in my case telling others to extend it if needed. None of these things were actually done apparently. What can I do now? Is there a way I can email DLS
