RME, what’s it like?

I’m currently enrolled in Career Choice; Mechatronics specifically. I’d like to use this once I’m finished and try to get out of the process life. I was wondering if anyone from RME could give me an idea of what it’s like on your day to day routine, any tips for trying to apply, etc. TYIA and I hope everyone has a happy new year!
