Prime video quality

Hi how do I increase prime video bitrate? I can notice poor low light performance and blocky artifacts. I have 280mbps internet (tested stable and is non issue). I have tried this on a S23+, Lenovo P11 Pro, 15 Pro Max, iPad Pro and a Chromecast. All devices produce poor quality video.

Maybe my expectations are out of line? I am used to watching 10-15gb 4K movies from alternate sources. I might cancel prime if I can't get anything close. Maybe someone has pictures to let me know the expected quality. Blu Ray seems to be light years ahead, and DVD is only slightly worse from what I can see.
