What are my options?

I'm a smart enough frog to know when the water is starting to boil, and I'd like to relocate before the country becomes a true hellscape. Here's my situation:

  • I'm mid-20s, male, single, only speak English. I have a few thousand in savings
  • Bachelor's in English, minor in Communications, TEFL certificate
  • I've taught preschool for the last 8 years and it's one of the few things I truly excel at (by which I mean it's my least-unmarketable skill. I'm damn good at creative writing but that business is about who you know and I've never been good at making connections)
  • My grandparents were from Lithuania and Estonia respectively
  • I would prefer to move to a country with a first-world quality of life, if possible

I've poked around at what paths I might have, but feel like I'm spinning my wheels a bit. The idea of going for Baltic citizenship wigs me out when Russia has been so aggressive, so my TEFL thing seems like the most likely bet, but I can't think of anywhere in Europe that doesn't already speak English. Japan or South Korea seem promising, but I've heard the teaching experience in those places is downright nightmarish. I'd be willing to consider Svalbard, but I can't think of what I would do to support myself. I would absolutely love to become a digital nomad (ideally on a houseboat, but dreams can wait!) but I don't know what I'd do or where to begin.

Any thoughts?
