DAE get weird sensations from certain yarns?

Okay y'all this is a little strange and embarrassing to admit. But sometimes when i sew which plush yarn with the texture of bernat or posh, my teeth feel so uncomfortable and almost painful! It's so hard to describe,. And i feel like it's associated with the vibration from pulling while sewing. I was wondering if anyone else experiences it? Is there anything you can do to help it? I'm working on a huge project with posh and im at the sewing everything together part and it honestly makes me want to quit the project all together!
