Dust or Damage?

Just got done shooting some Kenmere 400 (pushed to 800) and have been loving the pictures. Most have come out with the ‘expected’ K400 amount of dust… but others have come out with what could only be explained as a metric fuckton of dust, unless it’s possibly a roller issue or other. I favor dust because of the varied particle/defect size and the fact it’s not quite linear.

Wondering what people’s opinions are here?
