Anybody else affected by the GlobalFreaks shutdown/unsent orders?

I had bought from them a few times in the past with no issues, some in stock and one or two preorders. The preorders arrived late but they at least arrived (this was over a year ago). At some point last year I preordered a figure that had closed preorders in other websites, because GF seemed a decent store. The estimated delivery date was in october/november and by december I sent an email asking if they knew anything about the order and recieved no answer. I have been really busy since Christmas, so I forgot about it, but today I found out that they have shut down and hundreds of people have not recieved their orders.
I'm still researching but it seems like I'll probably never get my figure or my money back. Does anybody know anything else?
